Today's Big Picture comes to us from Puerto Rico -- where that Island is coping with another string of bad luck. Fans enter a baseball stadium in San Juan to see the Cleveland Indians take on the Minnesota twins. The goal of the game? To let people know the Island is back and open for business. The teams played under the lights as the rest of the Island sat in the dark. Seven months after Hurricane Maria and the entire Island lost power, again.
