#BIGPICTURE: Honoring women's history month, all month long

Today's inspirational woman won more than an Oscar last night -- she secured the show's most memorable speech, too. Frances McDormand brought the house down when she accepted the best actress award for her role in "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri". McDormand asked all of the other female nominees to stand up and be recognized, bringing attention to 'The Inclusion Rider' -- a little-known clause in actor's contracts to make Hollywood more equitable.
