It’s “Drag Queen Story Hour” and Champagne Monroe is reading the children’s book “Rainbow Fish” to a group of little ones. The program is designed to give children positive role models of all types. Although, we’re told they’re sometimes met with protests from conservative and religious groups. “Drag Queen Story Hour” happens at libraries and book stores all over – from New York to Los Angeles – and now in small towns like Mobile, Alabama.
