In 1886, Mitt Romney’s great-grandfather, Miles Park Romney, helped to establish a Mormon colony in Mexico. Though the 1913 Mexican Revolution forced many of his descendants to return to the United States, many of Mitt Romney’s cousins still live in Mexico.
