Kansas City mayor, Quinton Lucas, tried to vote on Tuesday but was told he “wasn’t in the system,” despite having voted at the same location for over ten years. Lucas joined MSNBC’s Craig Melvin to recount his experience being turned away at the polls. The mayor also discussed preventative steps he and other city officials are looking at to stop this from happening to other citizens in the general election.March 11, 2020
