As federal workers prepare to miss their second paycheck amid the shutdown, an FAA employee and food bank volunteer speaks on now needing to use those food bank services. “I was on top of the world, working hard... being able to help my daughter when she needed it. And now I need help, now I need services,” said Ileta Young, FAA academy instructor. NBC News' Vaughn Hillyard reports.
