Record early voting follows a disastrous primary earlier this year. An analysis of data collected by Georgia Public Broadcasting and ProPublica shows that in June, the average wait time was 51 minutes in polling places that were 90-percent nonwhite, but only six minutes in polling places that were 90-percent white.Oct. 22, 2020
