As hurricane season is about to begin later this week- Puerto Rico is already bracing - not yet recovered from last year's devastating Hurricane Maria. According to a new Harvard study at least 4,645 people died as a result of that storm, that's more than 70 times higher than the official government total of 64 people. Retired Lieutenant General Russel Honore, who led relief efforts during Hurricane Katrina, joins Andrea Mitchell to discuss.May 30, 2018
