Kellyanne Conway, a top aide to President Donald Trump, has violated the Hatch Act on “numerous occasions by disparaging Democratic presidential candidates while speaking in her official capacity during television interviews and on social media,” the U.S. Office of Special Counsel said in a report sent to Trump Thursday.June 13, 2019
