Democratic Congressman Joaquin Castro (TX-20) is opening an investigation into Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's unprecedented speech at the Republican convention while on an official State Department trip. Castro tells Andrea Mitchell that they're looking into whether the Secretary violated department guidelines and the Hatch Act, and whether the reason he went to Jerusalem in the first place "was to make that political speech" and if he "used official government resources to get there."Aug. 26, 2020
