Governor Andy Beshear (D-KY) joins Andrea Mitchell as the state gets ready to begin vaccine distribution. Like elsewhere, residents and staff of long term care facilities are among the first in line for the vaccine in Kentucky due to their vulnerability, and the governor says, "our goal starting on Tuesday is to get that entire population vaccinated hopefully by the 1st of March."
