Kerry: Russia doesn't want 'unstable' Ukraine

Secretary of State John Kerry says “Russia needs to be very careful” going forward with Ukraine, saying “we are not looking for  confrontation.”   Kerry also comments on the U.S. “leading the effort in Syria” saying Obama has taken “no option off the table” and then turns the conversation to North Korea calling it an “evil, evil place” that requires “enormous focus by the world to hold it accountable” for its humanitarian crimes.
