Jon Meacham: History says to treat medical reports from the White House as 'incomplete' at best

Bush, Ronald Reagan, Dwight Eisenhower, and John F. Kennedy, as well as the approach the White House has often taken to downplay or even cover up those ailments, with Meacham saying "that history tells you to treat medical reports from the white house as, at best, incomplete."
