House set to hold historic vote backing D.C. statehood

The House of Representatives is set to hold a vote in support of statehood for Washington, D.C., the first time the issue is being debated in Congress in 27 years. Andrea Mitchell reports on the significance of the vote, and speaks with D.C. Delegate to the House of Representatives Eleanor Holmes Norton (D) about what statehood would mean in the fight towards representation for the 700,000 residents of the nation's capital.
