House Democrats have asked Acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney to appear at a deposition as part of the impeachment inquiry of President Trump. According to the letter, Democrats believe Mulvaney has "substantial first-hand knowledge and information" and that he "may have been directly involved" in holding up aid to Ukraine.Nov. 5, 2019
