A Minnesota appeals court ruled that former police officer Derek Chauvin can be charged with third-degree murder in connection with the death of George Floyd. This will now allow the state's attorney general to reinstate the charge which was previously dismissed and possibly cause Monday's trial to be delayed.March 5, 2021
