President Trump tonight is holding two outdoor rallies in COVID hotspots -- Wisconsin and Michigan -- with hundreds of people packed tightly together. Many aren’t wearing masks. The events come just two weeks after President Trump was airlifted from the White House to Walter Reed military hospital after testing positive for the virus.
