Critic says Barr comments imply a ‘two-tier American citizenship’


Attorney General William Barr made a comment many people have perceived to be a veiled threat, during a Justice Department awards ceremony this week, apparently suggesting that American citizens who do not ‘respect’ police might find themselves unprotected by police when they need them.
