Wal-Mart plans to exit DC over 'living wage' bill


D.C. lawmakers approved a bill today that would force Wal-Mart to pay their workers $12.50 an hour. Moments later, Wal-Mart said it would cancel plans for its D.C. stores. Chris Hayes talks with Assistant Professor at Columbia University Dorian Warren.
