Federal judge rules NYC's 'stop-and-frisk' violates rights


On Monday, a judge in ruled that NYC's "stop-and-frisk" policy violates the rights of people of color in New York. That same day, Attorney General Eric Holder moved to end federal mandatory minimums for non-violent low level drug offenders.
