Is a government shutdown now inevitable?
Policy Reporter for Politico Rachel Bade and Political Reporter for MSNBC.com Benjy Sarlin talk to MSNBC's Alex Witt about the overhanging government shutdown. Sarlin states that weeks before, both parties were working to avoid a shutdown, however Tea Party Republicans have convinced their constituents to move the party farther to the right and fight to delay the Affordable Care Act. Bade points out that the Republicans want the subsidies for the health care law to be delayed, giving them more time to change what they believe to be a flawed law.
