Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., talks to MSNBC’s Alex Witt about the current shutdown negotiations in Washington D.C. Rep. Schiff says that the wheels are turning in the right direction and a deal is close. He says that the mainstream members of the GOP are putting pressure on their leaders to end the shutdown. Rep.
