Courses of action in solving military sexual assault crisis

U.S. Marine Corps veteran and military sexual assault survivor Sarah Plummer joins Mara Schiavocampo to discuss sexual assault in the military. She comments on what she calls the extreme importance of taking assault cases out of the chain of command because of the need to have impartial people deciding the cases.
