Richmond Va. has been under a state of emergency because of a pro-gun rights demonstration taking place near the state capitol. The area has been on edge for days since the Gov. declared the state of emergency after news of hate groups planning to disrupt the rally. NBC News’ Cal Perry spoke with a participant who says he is “ready to show the government” he is “willing to stand” for his rights.
