School tragedy sparks outrage over cuts

The death of a young Philadelphia student has put a spotlight on the city’s school budget crisis. Six grader Laporshia Massey died from complications related to asthma, but her father believes she would be alive today had her elementary school retained a full-time nurse, a position that was axed because of budget cuts. Randi Weingarten from The American Federation of Teachers joins to discuss.
