The two leaders plan to play golf together, a White House official tells NBC News.So far there's been no information given on where they will play and if any other politicos will join them.President Obama extended the invitation which is politically well-timed given that Republicans have been pushing the President to take a more active role in negotiations over the budget and the debt ceiling. read more

Right out of the gate tonight, we’ll be talking about the economy. A dismal new job report came out and it’s more meh than magnificent.The Labor Department reported employers added only 54,000 new workers in May, the fewest in eight months and the unemployment rate rose to 9.1 percent, up from 9 percent. That's down from the average of 220,000 jobs the economy added in the past few months.This is the latest sign the economy is slowing. Again. High gas and food prices cut into consumer spending and the earthquake and tsunami disaster in Japan hurt U.S. read more

The former Alaska governor/known offender of the facts gave her own explanation of the original patriot’s midnight ride. FYI, he was warning the British and he, like, rang some bells and yelled some stuff about not taking guns away.Wonder what Amy Myers, the 16-year-old who wants to challenge the Rep.
