The Metropolitan Police force said 16,000 officers will start patrolling 24/7 and may employ the use of plastic bullets to help restore order.The riots began Saturday after the fatal shooting of Mark Duggan, a dad of four and suspected drug dealer who was allegedly gunned down Scotland Yard.
