Senate answers president's call on immigration

President Obama made a forceful case for bipartisan immigration reform and called on the Senate to get "serious" about fixing a broken system. Later, the Senate voted overwhelmingly--with a majority of Republicans--to move forward with the bill. MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell talks to Voto Latino's Maria Teresa Kumar who was in the room with the president on Tuesday.
