Sen. Dianne Feinstein fires back at Sen. Ted Cruz’s constitutional lecture

During Thursday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the assault weapons ban authored by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz asked the California senator a rhetorical question on the constitutionality of the assault weapons ban.
