The Rick Santorum backer later went on The Last Word to try and explain himself.
Republican Congressman Darrell Issa held a hearing to examine the issue of religions freedom regarding the Obama administration's rule on contraceptives. The hearing, which included a panel consisting entirely of men, didn't exactly go over well.
