With just hours now until Republicans across the country to go the polls in tomorrow’s Super Tuesday contests, Team Romney is talking up their candidate. Tomorrow is almost certainly going to be a good day for the Romney campaign, and the comments coming out of the campaign seem to show some confidence.

— Mitt Romney: “We’ve just won our fifth state in a row with Washington State which is good news.”

— Romney senior adviser Eric Fehrnstrom: “What we’ve seen over the past day or two is that the momentum is shifting our way… We just won five in a row, and are going to do well tomorrow.

But at the same time, some people inside Team Romney (like Mitt and Ann Romney) just want to get this thing over with.

— Mitt Romney on getting Rep. Eric Cantor’s endorsement: “I sure hope it makes a turning point in this campaign.”

— Ann Romney: “If this goes on much longer, I will really be the heavyweight champion.”

There’s also one member of Team Romney that thinks a cryptic threat a little hyperbole is in order.

— Ann Romney: “If Mitt wins, America wins. If Mitt loses, America loses.”
