When President Obama met with Peyton Wall, 14, a teenager who lost her father in the September 11th World Trade Center attacks, during the memorial service after Osama bin Laden’s death, she mentioned she would love to meet Justin Bieber.

Now, we all know that Obama has a wide range of contacts and has some pull as leader of the free world — but a one-on-one with the Biebs? Tall order.

Ever the cool commander in chief, Obama responded, “I know Justin. Maybe I could set something up.” The two do have some history from his performance at the White House Easter Egg roll.

According to USA Today, Wall tweeted last week, “Obama kept his promise, off to see @justinbeiber!” The New York Post reports that the teenager looked to the Bieb’s lyrics during her darkest days after she lost her father. Last Thursday, she was able to meet him in the flesh at Macy’s in Herald Square where he was promoting his new fragrance.

Wall, her younger sister, and her best friend met with the pop sensation in a VIP section at the store. Wall admitted she was more nervous meeting Bieber than she had been meeting the president.

Unfortunately, Wall didn’t ask the President to fix the economy or legalize gay marriage but POTUS did follow through in making one 9/11 victim a little happier.
