The first real sign of spring in Manhattan? Food trucks have started to line the streets of Midtown, offering up a plethora of options for those who desire something other than the standard sandwich or salad.
Our EP, Izzy Povich, took action and fixed the Last Word’s case of the Mondays by recommending lobster rolls for lunch. Her cousin, Susan Povich, founded The Red Hook Lobster Pound, which debuted its Lobstermobile, aka “The Big Red” this afternoon.
After hearing about these fresh Maine lobster rolls, Lawrence treated The Last Word staff to perfectly toasted buns entrenched with shredded lobster meat, heavily drizzled in hot butter and scallions. This is where you now drool.
