The president is expected to push comprehensive immigration reform, giving his stamp of approval on the bipartisan Senate plan that offers a consistent outline on immigration. Senator John McCain, one of the members of the "Gang of 8," said on msnbc's Morning Joe that if the Republican party does not back their bipartisan immigration reform plan, the party will be well on a "descent toward irrelevancy."
