First Word: NRA to convene for the first time since Newtown

Members of the NRA will gather this Friday and Saturday for its annual convention in Houston, the first gathering since the Newtown shooting massacre. Sarah Palin will open the meeting, and Glenn Beck will close the convention. The convention will feature eight political speakers, none of whom are Democrats.
