Pfc. Bradley Manning spoke Wednesday in the sentencing phase of his trial after being convicted of charges that could result in a sentence of up to 90 years in prison.

He began with an apology: “First, your honor, I want to start off with an apology. I am sorry that my actions hurt people. I’m sorry that they hurt the United States.”
