Maryland feeling the effects of Superstorm Sandy
Ocean City Maryland is expecting about a 7 foot storm surge Monday at high tide. 60,000 people are currently without power in Maryland and the state has canceled early voting for Monday and Tuesday. Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley joins Ed Schultz with the latest out of his state.
