Governors refuse affordable health care
Florida Governor Rick Scott says he plans to opt out of the Medicaid expansion in the Affordable Care Act, even though it would cover almost a million Floridians. The expansion is 100% funded by the federal government through 2017. After that, states only have to cover up to 10% of the entire cost. But Governor Scott and 6 other governors think it's a good political move to refuse federal help. Ed Schultz talks to E.J. Dionne about the political advantage of saying "no" to health care.
