Pop singer Katy Perry has done it again.

She appeared in another stunning politically-themed dress before thousands of Democratic supporters at a rally Saturday for President Barack Obama at the Delta Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Perry came on stage wearing a red, white and blue dress and holding a microphone shaped like the Statue of Liberty's torch.

But after singing a cover of Al Green's Let's Stay Together, she tossed aside the dress to reveal a skin-tight blue minidress with the Obama campaign theme "Forward" emblazoned in white across the front of the dress.

The dress was also flecked with sequins, Bill Glauber of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.

After singing Teenage Dream and Part Of Me, Perry asked the crowd to text donations to the American Red Cross.

"As we rally our support here today we can't forget our friends on the east coast," Perry said. "Unfortunately Hurricane Sandy has left a lot of people hurt and homeless."

"She's been working so hard these past few weeks," Obama said of Perry when he hit the stage a few minutes later. "And I'm grateful to her."

Perry said this is her third rally with Obama. On Oct. 24, she wore a "human ballot" dress at an Obama rally in Las Vegas, clearly revealing who she's voting for.
