Meet Rick Berg.
He's a Republican running for Senate in North Dakota, and he doesn't know what the minimum wage is.

Berg was the 14th richest member of the U.S. House in 2010, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, a nonpartisan group that tracks money in politics. He reportedly voted against raising the minimum wage while in the state legislature in 1999, 2005 and 2007.
