Do Tea Party activists realize the GOP presidential front-runner accepted corporate welfare on the way to making his riches?

Mitt Romney has just released a campaign ad bragging about his record at Bain Capital.  But he left out a critical point: that one of the companies he touts made a huge profit with subsidies and tax breaks from the government!

Ed will talk about this potential game-changer tonight with Robert Reich, former U.S. Labor Secretary and UC Berkeley Professor, who introduces and defines "Bain Capitalism."

Meantime, the Obama campaign has joined Newt Gingrich and Sarah Palin on criticizing Romney's jobs record.  Ed will look at that with Jonathan Alter, msnbc Political Analyst and Bloomberg View Columnist.

Rick Perry's latest "oops," Mitt Romney's tax questions, and more chaos in South Carolina.  Sam Stein, Huffington Post Political Editor, will have the latest from the campaign trail.

Ed will then turn to his Playbook panel of Dr. James Peterson, Director of Africana Studies and Associate Professor of English at Lehigh University, Dr. Caroline Heldman, Professor of Politics at Occidental University, and Mike Papantonio, Host of "The Ring of Fire" Radio Show.

Liz Cheney lands in the Psycho Talk zone tonight.

And for the Big Finish,  Stephen Colbert's joke run exposes the joke that is Citizens United.  Ed can't wait to talk to Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) about it.

It's going to be another packed @EdShow at 8pET on @msnbctv.
