President Obama needs a game plan if the Supreme Court overturns part of the health care law.  Jonathan Alter, msnbc Political Analyst and Bloomberg View Columnist, has that.

Florida Gov. (and Katherine Harris wannabe) Rick Scott is officially refusing to stop his voter purge.  And the attorney general is responding.  Ed will have the latest with Democratic Strategist Bob Shrum.
