President Obama corners Republicans again, challenging them to extend Bush-era tax cuts for the middle class but let tax cuts for the wealthy expire.

Are Republicans willing to hold the middle class tax hostage during an election year?  Ed will ask Howard Fineman, NBC News Political Analyst and Editorial Director of the Huffington Post Media Group.

The Obama camp calls on Mitt Romney to release more of his tax returns as Democrats continue to hammer Mitt's offshore bank accounts. Ed will talk with Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL) about that.

Republican National Committee Chair Reince Preibus has a dire warning about America if President Obama is re-elected, and he's not the only rightie pushing conspiracy theories.  msnbc Political Analyst  Richard Wolffe weighs in on the latest right-wing scare tactics.
