With President Barack Obama set to accept the Democratic nomination at a speech on the final day of the DNC, Mitt Romney will head to Charlotte, North Carolina to give a speech at a rooftop venue with views of Bank of America Stadium – where Obama will deliver that speech, for the first of what the campaign is billing as a series of speeches bracketing the president.
