Oklahoma congressman: This was not a normal tornado

Rep. James Lankford, R-Okla., updates The Daily Rundown’s Chuck Todd on the situation in Moore, Oklahoma. Lankford says “there was ample warning, even several days in advance,” about the severity of the tornado but given the type of storm, it wasn’t enough.
