Longtime Washington insider Chuck Manatt passed away last week. An Eagle Scout who grew up in Iowa and went on to found one of the nation’s largest law firms, Manatt led the Democratic Party during the Reagan years and was national co-chair for the 1992 Clinton campaign.July 28, 2011
