Buffalo, New York and Northampton, Massachusetts are the only two cities to have former mayors elected president. Grover Cleveland and Calvin Coolidge were the mayors there respectively. Although Andrew Johnson was mayor of Greenville, Tennessee, he only assumed the presidency after President Lincoln's assassination. He was never elected president.
