2000 was the last time a woman was elected to Congress from New Jersey. Republican Margaret Roukema served 11 terms before retiring in 2003. Steve Kornacki, host of msnbc's "Up" and guest on today's Daily Rundown, says it's likely either Bonnie Watson Coleman or Linda Greenstein will almost certainly win the race to replace Rush Holt.
