The Cycle is back after our 2 week hiatus and while most of us were absorbed in the Olympics there was other news going on.
On Saturday Mitt Romney named Paul Ryan as his number 2. This afternoon the Congressman/VP pick had his first solo event, at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines, while Romney campaigned in the battleground state of Florida.
With the race being a dead heat between Romeny and President Obama it is clearly anyone’s game.
