Senator Rand Paul, a likely presidential candidate and a big fan of Seinfeld, is celebrating the parody holiday by poking fun at politicians on both sides of the aisle and even making a possible 2016 presidential hint.

“Christmas is a time for joy. For sharing blessing w/ family and friends. It is not a time to air grievances. That’s what #Festivus is for,” @senrandpaul tweeted on Tuesday.

The holiday Festivus was first introduced into the world during a 1997 Seinfeld episode when George Castanza’s father has some grievances to air and “Festivus for the rest of us” was born.

Last year Senator Paul took to Twitter to celebrate the December 23rd holiday and this year he continued his tradition.
